Day 1, Arrival at Entebbe international Airport,
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will meet by our company representative/ your Tour guide who will transfer you to your hotel of stay in Entebbe/KampalaBirding in Uganda

Day 2, Go birding in Botanical gardens
Have breakfast at The Hotel and after transfer for the full day birding around Entebbe in the Botanical Gardens which offers good views of bird species like Great Blue and Ross’s Turacos, Red Chested, Klaas’s and Diederick Cuckoo, Great Reed, Grey Capped, Ssdge, Greater Swamp and Eurosuian Reed Warblesr, Fain Tailed Widow bird, Striped, Malachite, Giant, Woodland and Pygmy Kingfishers, Black Bishop, Grey Woodpecker, Olive, Olive bellied, Red chested, Superb, Green Throated and Collard Sunbirds, Orange, Yellow Backed, Golden Backed, Slender Billed and Black Headed Weavers, Lizard Buzzard, Grey Kestral, Black Kite, Gaber Goshawk, African Paradise and Red Bellied Paradise and Ashy fly catchers, and many more. Return back to the hotel for dinner and over night stay Sophie’s or Green Valley Inn Entebbe or Cassia lodge/The Lodge

Day 3, Transfer to Mabamba Swamp
Early morning after breakfast, transfer to Mabamba Swamp. Look out for many different birds on your way to the swamp like the Papyrus Gonolek, White Shouldered Tit, Red Cap, Western Banded Snake Eagle, White Winged Warbler, White Spotted Fluftail and Weyns Weaver. This Swamp is one of the best places to spot the exceptional Shoebill Stork. But also many other species can be found here, like the Allen’s and Purple Gallinule, Grey herons, Jacanas, Ruffaus  Bellied Heron, Squaco, Purple and Goliath Heron, the Globally threatened Pallid Harrier and Blue Swallow a migrant species, a variety of egrets, ducks etc. The best way to enjoy the rich bird life is by canoe and you might even have the luck to encounter the elusive Sitatunga Antelope, adapted to swampy habitats. After bird watching, transfer to Lake Mburo National Park and birding en route in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Mihingo lodge/Rwonyo campsite/Mantana tented camp

Day 4, Full day birding in Lake Mburo National Park
Have breakfast in the morning go for the full day birding.  Expect to see bird species like the Common Scimitarbill, species; Emerald Spotted Wood Dove, Bare faced Go-Away Bird, Crested Francolin, Green Wood Hoopoe, Lilac breasted Roller, Spot-Flanked Barbet Northern Black Tit, Common Scimitarbill, Trilling Cisticola, Greater Blue Eared Starling, African Grey Hornbill, Brown Parrot may be seen. Take lunch at Rwonyo Restaurant. After lunch, embark on late afternoon game drive along the Zebra Track which may expose you to species like Coqui Francolin, Black Bellied Bustard, Temmricks Courser, African Wattled Plover, Rufous napped Rufous, Chested Swallow and Flappet Lark, etc. Look out also for evasive Leopard and other nocturnal species. Back for Dinner and Overnight at Rwonyo Camp site/Mantana tented camp/Mihingo lodge

Day 5, Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park
AfterBirds in Uganda an early morning breakfast, transfer to Bwindi National Park for birding to Ruhija, Bwindi impenetrable national park birding the Bamboo for the Handsome Francolin White-starred Robin, Mountain Illadopsis, Grey Cuckoo Shrike, Augur Buzzard, Ayres’s and Cassin’s Hawk Eagle, Mountain Buzzard,  Red-throated Alethe, Grauer’s Warbler, Mountain Masked, Collard, Chestnut Throated and Black – Throated Apalis, Dusky and Shelley’s Crimson wing, Dusky Tit, Stripe Breasted Tit, Red Faced Woodland Warbler,  and many other birds. Dinner and overnight at Trekker’s Tervan or Gorilla Friends

Day 6, birding to Mubwindi
After breakfast, go for birding to Mubwindi swamp in search for the African Green Broadbill, Grauer’s Rush Warbler, Purple-breasted, Red Faced Woodland Warbler, Grey Cuckooshrike, Mountain Greenbul, Mountain Illadopsis, Chestnut, Grey, Buff-Throated, Collard, Mountain Masked, Black Throated,  Throated,  Blue headed and Regal Sunbirds evening Dinner and over night stay at Trekker’s Tervan or Gorilla Friends

Day 7, Ruhija and Buhoma
After breakfast, go for the half day birding in Ruhija and then transfer to Buhoma area for birding searching for Handsome Francolin, Rufous-chested Fluff tail, Olive Long-tailed Cuckoo, Red-chested Owlet, Neumann’s Warbler and many other birds overnight at Bwindi view/Buhoma community bandas/Gorilla resort/Gorilla forest/Lake Kitandara

Day 8, Gorilla Tracking /Birding
After breakfast, you can go for the optional gorilla tracking in the forest or birding the Buhoma area. expect to see the Rufous-chested Fluff tail, Dusky Long-tailed Cuckoo, Pink Footed and Northern Puff Back, Red Tailed, Honey Guide, Toro Olive, Cameroon Sombre, Slender Billed, Little, Little Grey, Sheilley’s, Cabani’s White Throated and Ywllow Wiskered Greenbuls, Elliots, Cardianl, Yellow Crested, Fine Banded woodpeckers, Red Throated Allethe, Red Faced Woodland Warbler, Black faced Woodland Warbler, White Headed Wood Hopoe, Waller’s, Stulman’s and Narro Tailed Starlings, Black Bee Eater, Banded and White Chinned Prinia, Blue Throated Brown, Blue Headed, Northern Double Collard, Collard, Green, Olive, olive Bellied, Rwenzro Doulbe Collard and Green Headed Sunbirds, Bar tailed Tragon, Kivu Ground Thrush, African Borad Bill, Red-chested Owlet, Neumann’s Warbler, Pale-breasted Illadopsis, White-tailed Blue Flycatcher. Day 9, Birding to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Depart early in the morning after breakfast and drive North West to Queen Elizabeth via the Ishasha sector famously known for the rare tree climbing lions. Upon arrival in the Park, go for the launch cruise on the Kazinga channel.  This is a natural 8 meter deep 40 km channel of water that connects Lakes George and Edward, with excellent photographic opportunities for waterside birds and abundant Hippos. Amongst the birds you are likely to encounter include African Skimmer, Striated Heron, African Spoonbill, Herring Gull, Lesser Black Backed Gull, Water Thick-knee, Three-banded Plover, Marsh, Green, Wood and Common Sandpiper, Gray-headed Gull, Plain Martin, Lesser Swamp-Warbler and much more. Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya safari lodge/Simba safari camp/Jacana/Mweya hostels/ Hippo hill camp

Day 10, Game drives and birding
After breakfast, you will start with the early game drive and birding the vast grassland area the whole morning. look out for game such as lions, on a lucky day leopards are sighted, Uganda Kob, Water and Bush Buck, Warthog, Cape Buffalo, African Elephant among others, the birds include the Broad Tailed, African Moustached and Grey caped Warbler, Hollub’s Golden Weaver, White Winged Window Bird, Common and Button Quil, African Crake, Arrow Marked and Black Lored Bablers. Return for dinner and overnight stay at Mweya safari lodge/Simba safari camp/Jacana/Mweya hostels/ Hippo hill camp

Day 11, Transfer back to Kampala
After breakfast, set off for Kampala with lunch en route reaching Kampala city in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your Hotel/Lodge
