Wildlife and cultural safari for 11 days Uganda and Rwanda.

Day 1, Arrival at Entebbe International Airport.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our safari guide who will transfer you to your hotel. Check in and relax while waiting for dinner. Overnight at Hotel Africana/Sheraton Hotel/Kampala Serena Hotel/Cassia Lodge /The lodge.

Day 2, Kampala City tour
Have breakfast in the morning and set out for the city tour which involves visiting prominent places in like Namugongo martyrs shrine, Bahai temple, Uganda Museum, Makerere University, Kasubi tombs, Namirembe and Rubaga cathedral, Kabaka's lake, shopping arcades in town and craft shops including National theatre. Dinner and over night stay at Hotel Africana/Sheraton Hotel/Kampala Serena Hotel/Cassia Lodge /The lodge.

Day 3, Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Have breakfast at your Hotel and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park. You will have a stop over at the Equator and this will give you time to have photographs. On your way you will see lots of the long horned Ankole cattle, the rolling hills and terraced landscapes of the region, and beautiful panoramas that are part of Western Uganda. You will have a lunch break en route at Lake View Regency Hotel Mbarara. Proceed and drive direct to the park and arrive late evening. Day 4, Gorilla tracking
Early in the morning after breakfast and briefing from the Uganda wildlife official guides, set off for your Gorilla tracking activity in the Bwindi forests. Gorilla tracking can be strenuous, you are advised to carry your packed lunch, drinking water and wear comfortable boots or jungle shoes suitable for steep muddy slopes with in the forest. You are also advised also to take along the walking sticks which will be made available. After tracking return back for dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara luxury tents/ Buhoma Community bandas/Gorilla resort/Bwindi view Bandas

Day 5, Forest walk.
After breakfast, you will go for a forest walk and pass through the spectacular rainforest with many animal trails. You may be able to see various primate species and mammals such as the endangered mountain gorilla, the rare golden monkey, buffalo, elephants, black-fronted duikers, bushbucks, leopards, giant forest hogs as well as other animals. You will have lunch and relax for the evening. Dinner and overnight at Lake Kitandara luxury tents/ Buhoma Community bandas/Gorilla resort/Bwindi view Bandas

Day 6, Transfer to Rwanda.
After break fast, you will drive to Kisoro and cross the Rwandan Border to Ruhengeri reaching Rwanda in the evening. Dinner and over night at Kinigi guest House/Gorilla Nest Lodge.

Day 7, second time Gorilla tracking in Pac Nationale de Volcanoes in Rwanda.
You will wake up early and have a briefing by the guides at Ruhengeri Park headquarters in Pac de volcanoes. You will go for the second time Gorilla tracking in Rwanda and the time spent trekking depends on the movement of these wonderful giants and the weather conditions. Return and have lunch then relax or walk around the park and see the beautiful surrounding and environment. Dinner and overnight at Kinigi guest House/Gorilla Nest Lodge.

Day 8, Kigali City tour.
Have breakfast in the morning then drive to Kigali for a city tour and have a look at the prominent sites in Kigali especially the different genocide sites. Visit the Murambi genocide memorial, the national cultural museum and the royal palace of the Mwami in Nyanza. Return to Ruhengeri for dinner and overnight stay at Kinigi guest House/Gorilla Nest Lodge.

Day 9, Transfer to Lake Mburo.
After an early breakfast, you will drive to Lake Mburo National. You will arrive in the afternoon and have an afternoon boat trip on Lake Mburo to view vast birdlife like the Papyrus Gonolek, Brown-faced Lapwings, Caruthers’s Cisticolas, the extraordinary White winged Warbler and Bare-Faced Go-away bird. Chances are high that you will also encounter large pods of hippo and view some of the park wildlife like eland, topi, and impala taking a drink from the lake. Dinner and overnight at Mantana tented camp.

Day 10, Transfer back to Kampala
Wake up early for a game drive on the Impala track. You will view the Impala, water bucks and warthogs, topis and Zebras. Later on go for the drive on the zebra track where you will view the Burchell’s zebra, oribi and reedbucks. Retire to the restaurant for a late breakfast, relax and have lunch. After lunch drive back to Kampala. Dinner and overnight at your Hotel in Kampala

Day 11, Departure
After breakfast, relax at your hotel while you wait for your transfer to Entebbe International Airport to catch your flight back home.
